NIIT MTS Wins Seven Learning in Practice Awards

NIIT Learning Systems Limited, operating as NIIT Managed Training Services (NIIT MTS) and listed under the ticker NIITMTS, has announced that its client nominees and projects have secured seven Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Awards in 2025.

NIIT’s AI-powered learning tool, NVERSE, received the Silver Award for Excellence in Technology Innovation. In addition, NIIT’s client nominees — John Kusi-Mensah at Metlife and Mark Slaga at Kyndryl — won six awards across multiple categories, including Gold and Silver in Innovation, Gold and Silver in Strategy, Gold in Technology and Gold in Trailblazing Leadership.

Since 2003, the Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Awards have recognised leaders in learning and development who demonstrate excellence in designing and delivering employee development programmes grounded in leadership, vision, business acumen and strong strategic alignment.
