Oval Projects Posts FY26 Revenue Surge And Profit Growth

Oval Projects Engineering Limited (the Company) reported audited standalone results for the year ended 31 March 2026, registering significant growth across revenue and profitability. Revenue from operations increased 50 per cent year on year to Rs 1,531.4 million (mn) in FY26, driven by stronger execution in core segments. The company said EBITDA rose 54 per cent to Rs 282.5 mn and net profit increased 59 per cent to Rs 148.1 mn.\n\nEBITDA margin improved by 54 basis points to 18.44 per cent while net profit margin expanded by 54 basis points to 9.67 per cent, reflecting operational efficiencies and disciplined project delivery. Earnings per share for the year rose to 8.59 compared with 6.65 in the prior year. The second half contributed Rs 921.8 mn of revenue, up from Rs 609.6 mn in the comparable period.\n\nThe managing director said the evolving global energy landscape and regional geopolitical conditions have emphasised energy security and encouraged investment in pipeline networks, LNG infrastructure and city gas distribution projects. He cited the company's track record of 12 years of execution experience and relationships with public sector undertakings as strengths. An order book of more than Rs 7.8 billion (bn) was highlighted as a platform for near term growth.\n\nHeadquartered in Agartala, Tripura, the company provides engineering, procurement and construction as well as operation and maintenance services across upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas projects, including processing plants, pipeline laying, horizontal directional drilling, city gas distribution and PNG services.
