Persistent Appoints Ruchi Kulhari As Executive Vice President

Persistent Systems (Persistent) has appointed Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy and Execution. The role is intended to strengthen enterprise execution, enhance leadership alignment and support the translation of strategy into measurable outcomes across the organisation. The appointment aligns with the company’s focus on scaling global operations and deepening its AI-led, platform-driven services.

In her role, Kulhari will work closely with the chief executive officer and the Executive Leadership Team to convert strategic priorities into clearly defined initiatives with measurable outcomes. She will be responsible for strengthening execution cadence, governance and accountability across the enterprise and for leading cross?functional programmes including AI-led transformation and operating model evolution. The position is also designed to ensure consistent follow-through on key mandates and to support alignment with the board, investors and strategic partners.

Kulhari brings more than two decades of global leadership experience in enterprise transformation, organisational strategy and human resources. She joins Persistent from Unisys, where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and previously held leadership roles at Coforge, Infosys and EXL Services. The move is expected to reinforce execution discipline and leadership alignment as the company advances its next phase of growth.
