Persistent Systems Appoints Ruchi Kulhari As EVP Enterprise Strategy
In her role Kulhari will reinforce execution cadence, governance and accountability across the enterprise and lead cross-functional programmes including AI-led transformation and operating model evolution. She will ensure consistent follow-through on key mandates and support alignment with the board, investors and strategic partners while working across business units and functions. The role is designed to enhance leadership alignment and improve the translation of strategy into outcomes across the organisation.
Kulhari brings two decades of global leadership experience in enterprise transformation, organisational strategy and human resources. She joins Persistent Systems from Unisys where she served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer and has held leadership roles at Coforge, Infosys and EXL Services. The appointment was announced from the company’s offices in Santa Clara and Pune as Persistent expands its global operations.
