He referred to the enduring Pak-China friendship, noting that China had consistently supported Pakistan in challenging times. Sharif pointed out China's rise as a formidable economic power and suggested that Pakistan could follow its development model.
The 72-year-old Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader stressed that any disruptions in the execution of the agreements and MoUs signed during his visit would not be tolerated. He committed to personally overseeing the implementation of these agreements to ensure their success.
During the meeting, Sharif was briefed about a recent visit by a delegation of Chinese shoemaking companies to Pakistan.
