The financial bids for the BSHP-IV (Phase-1) / EPC / Package-5 contract were opened on 4 September 2025, with PNC Infratech emerging as the successful bidder. The domestic project is slated for completion within a three-year period (1,095 days).
Tapan Jain, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at PNC Infratech, also announced that in accordance with regulatory norms, the trading window for the company’s securities will remain closed for designated persons and connected individuals until 48 hours post the official announcement.
The win reinforces PNC Infratech’s robust position in India’s growing road infrastructure sector, particularly in Eastern India, where connectivity and bridge upgrades remain a critical focus for regional development.
