Prestige Unveils Three Housing Projects With Rs 120 bn Potential
The Bengaluru-based firm reported that it launched four projects with a combined developable area of 20.16 million square feet (mn sq ft), of which three are residential in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai and one is a commercial project of 3 million sq ft (mn sq ft) in Bengaluru. The company presented the launches as part of an expansion plan responding to strong housing demand.
It reported that sales bookings declined 46 per cent to Rs 65.793 bn in the quarter, which was attributed to a high base effect, while bookings in the year-ago period stood at Rs 121.264 bn. The firm noted that a large project launched in Delhi-NCR in the June quarter of 2025-26 had previously supported record pre-sales. Hyderabad continued to be the largest regional contributor to quarterly sales.
Regional contributions comprised 49 per cent from Hyderabad, 27 per cent from Bengaluru, 12 per cent from Mumbai, seven per cent from the National Capital Region and five per cent from other markets. The company recorded an average realisation of Rs 11,193 per sq ft for apartments and Rs 8,043 per sq ft for plotted developments. Prestige reported record sales bookings of Rs 300.24 bn in the 2025-26 fiscal, a rise of 76 per cent year on year.
It said it has a launch pipeline worth Rs 600 bn but that actual launches will depend on government approvals. The group has delivered 316 projects spanning 212 million square feet (mn sq ft) and has a pipeline of 135 projects across 227 million square feet (mn sq ft). The firm set a target of Rs 350-360 bn in sales bookings for the 2026-27 fiscal and indicated that marquee launches during the festive season across Mumbai, the National Capital Region, Bengaluru and Chennai are expected to strengthen growth momentum.
