Pritika Auto Reports Robust Q2 And H1 Growth On Higher Volumes

Pritika Auto Industries Limited, one of India’s leading manufacturers of tractor components, has announced its unaudited consolidated results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, prepared in accordance with IND AS.

Q2 FY26 Consolidated Highlights

Production volumes rose to 12,881 tonnes, compared with 10,062 tonnes in Q2 FY25, marking 28.02 per cent year-on-year growth.

Net revenue increased to Rs 1.16 billion, up from Rs 857.7 million in the previous year, a 35.76 per cent rise driven by strong OEM demand and higher output.

EBITDA stood at Rs 186.1 million, compared with Rs 150.2 million in Q2 FY25, reflecting 23.92 per cent growth and continued operational efficiency.

Profit after tax was Rs 66.1 million.

Basic EPS came in at Rs 0.36.

H1 FY26 Consolidated Highlights

Production volumes reached 25,267 tonnes, up from 20,395 tonnes in H1 FY25, a 23.89 per cent increase.

Net revenue grew to Rs 2.31 billion, compared with Rs 1.75 billion last year, reflecting 32.35 per cent growth supported by higher volumes and an improved product mix.

EBITDA rose to Rs 360.5 million, from Rs 294.4 million, growing 22.46 per cent year-on-year.

Profit after tax stood at Rs 127 million.

Basic EPS was Rs 0.69.
