PTC Names Baljinder Singh Koura VP of Aerospace Castings

PTC Industries Limited, a manufacturer of high-quality precision metal components and materials for critical and super-critical applications, has appointed Baljinder Singh (Bal) Koura as Vice President – Operations, Aerospace Castings at Aerolloy Technologies Limited (ATL), its wholly owned subsidiary.
Koura brings over three decades of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, and turnaround programmes across the aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors. His career includes senior roles at global organisations such as Rolls-Royce, GE Aviation, and Unipol Group, where he successfully led new facility setups, operational excellence initiatives, and new product introduction programmes across the UK, India, Europe, and Mexico.
At Aerolloy Technologies, he will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening plant performance, and supporting the company’s expansion in aerospace castings to meet the increasing requirements of global original equipment manufacturers. His expertise in lean manufacturing, team leadership, and cultural transformation will contribute to PTC’s mission of achieving global parity in aerospace and defence manufacturing.
