Rajoo Engineers Ltd has announced the installation of the advanced Okuma MULTUS U4000 multitasking machine from Japan, strengthening its precision manufacturing capabilities at Shree Yantralaya – The Machine Shop. This development is part of the company’s 2024 investment plan aimed at aligning production with global benchmarks and reinforcing its Total Quality Management (TQM) framework.
The MULTUS U4000, known for its high-precision 5-axis machining, integrates turning, milling, drilling, and gear cutting within a single automated system. Housed in a temperature-controlled, dust-free zone, the new addition is expected to significantly reduce lead times, improve product quality, and decrease reliance on external suppliers.
Commenting on the upgrade, Mr Utsav Doshi, Joint Managing Director, said, “This investment is a testament to our commitment to building world-class capabilities. The MULTUS U4000 enhances agility and precision in our core manufacturing, creating greater value for our global clientele.”
This strategic enhancement supports Rajoo’s broader vision of innovation-led, sustainable manufacturing. It also aligns with the company’s dedication to lean processes, in-house excellence, and future-ready production infrastructure.
