Raydean Enterprises Limited, a Jaipur?based clean energy engineering company, has raised Rs two billion (Rs 2 bn) through a combination of equity and debt to accelerate its manufacturing expansion and strengthen its integrated renewable energy solutions portfolio. The equity round attracted investments from a consortium of institutional funds, family offices and high?net?worth individuals, while the debt component was secured through structured financing from nationalised lenders. The company said the fresh capital will be used to establish a fully integrated manufacturing facility that will consolidate its expanding product portfolio under one roof.

The new facility will manufacture solar module mounting structures, solar trackers, transmission towers and energy?efficient consumer products, enabling greater operational efficiency and production scale. It will feature automated fabrication lines, in?house hot?dip galvanisation and comprehensive quality assurance systems to improve throughput and reduce logistics costs. Consolidation of manufacturing operations at a single location is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to deliver customised engineering solutions for the renewable energy sector.

Founded in 2008, Raydean has evolved from a balance?of?system component maker into an integrated clean energy engineering platform operating across three segments: renewable generation solutions, power transmission infrastructure and energy?efficient consumer products. Its generation arm supplies agri?solar mounting structures, solar trackers and EPC services for utility?scale and rooftop projects. The transmission business manufactures steel structures and substation towers for distribution and high?voltage networks, while the consumption division produces BLDC appliances and solar?powered electronics under the Raydean Eco Ease brand.

Raydean said it ranks among India’s top five solar module mounting manufacturers and operates facilities in Rajasthan and Maharashtra with installed production capacity exceeding 90,000 metric tonnes (90,000 t) annually. The expansion aligns with government programmes such as the PM?KUSUM scheme for agricultural solarisation and the PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar programme, and rising transmission investments to integrate renewables into the national grid are expected to drive demand for the company’s products and services. The firm is executing projects across several states and the management expects the pipeline to support sustained business growth.
