In a move aimed at providing much-needed relief to the public, the state government has unveiled a groundbreaking facility for the effortless preparation of registration deeds with just a single click. The Stamp and Registration Department has successfully developed an automatic deed generation system for the seamless transfer of various types of documents. This remarkable system, known as auto-deed generation, has initially been rolled out for the registration of four key document categories: sale deeds, donation deeds, lease deeds, and rent deeds. Moreover, it is anticipated that the technology will soon be extended to accommodate other types of transfer deeds as well.

Krishnakant Pathak, the Secretary of the Revenue Department within the Finance Department, revealed that this innovative approach aligns with the visionary proposals outlined in the 2021-22 budget announcement by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. The proposals included the incorporation of blockchain technology into the state's administrative framework, the development of a digital verification-based auto-approval system, and leveraging information technology for streamlined processes, all of which have now come to fruition. The Registration and Stamps Department has successfully implemented this new auto-deed generation system within its e-registration software, marking a significant step forward in modernizing administrative procedures.
