SBC Exports Receives Manpower Work Orders From NICSI

SBC Exports Limited has informed stock exchanges that it has received work orders for manpower supply from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology through the National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated, covering requirements for the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The company stated that work order numbers M2605260 and M2605259 were allotted on 27 July 2026 under Regulation 30 filings. The empanelment covers NICSI and NIC internal requirements and associated user department projects.

The contract spans six months and will be executed as per orders from NICSI, with monthly payments to the agency dependent on the actual duration of support services rendered at NICSI or user offices. The arrangement obliges the selected vendor to discharge services to NICSI and user departments and to comply with directions issued by NICSI. The agency will be required to pay deployed personnel their entitlements on a regular basis, including monthly salaries, annual increments, provident fund, employee state insurance, bonus and applicable insurance covers.

The company reported that in case of a demand draft submitted as earnest money deposit, the agency can opt to convert it into a security deposit for the period of empanelment plus three months. SBC indicated that the award is from a domestic entity and that the order does not constitute a related party transaction nor does any promoter or promoter group have an interest in the awarding entity. The disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI circulars and listing regulations.

The broad consideration for the orders amounts to Rs 5.22 mn as per the disclosure submitted to regulators. The company provided the details to stock exchanges for record and compliance and requested that the information be taken on record. The submission reiterated that payments will be processed monthly after verification of vendor invoices and proof of statutory contributions.
