Shelter Pharma Receives International Purchase Orders

Shelter Pharma Limited (Shelter Pharma) has informed the stock exchange that it received significant export purchase orders from Genet International. The intimation was filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements and was dated 27 July 2026. The orders were received in the normal course of business and will be executed as per mutually agreed timelines.

The purchase orders, valued in United States dollar (USD), cover supply of veterinary feed supplements including Feedmin Bolus (2000 boxes at USD2,700), RegulIn Bolus (2500 boxes at USD3,375), Lactocal Gel (1200 pieces at USD3,360) and Buta-B Bolus (1500 boxes at USD2,850). The company has appended detailed order specifications and product-wise quantities and values in the annexure to the filing. Execution will follow the purchase order schedule and applicable export compliance procedures.

The aggregate consideration for the orders is USD12,285. The buyer is an international entity and the company has described the transaction as a normal course commercial sale. The promoters and promoter group have no interest in the buyer and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction. The filing also states that the transaction is not conducted at arm's length basis.

Shelter Pharma indicated that the execution of the export orders is expected to strengthen its global presence and support its export business and revenue growth. The company has requested that the exchange take the filing on record; the notice bears the signature of the managing director and is dated 27 July 2026 from Ahmedabad. The company noted that such orders are in line with its strategy to deepen international engagement and to diversify export markets, and it will monitor progress against the delivery schedule.
