The certification recognises the company’s emphasis on trust, transparency, safety and growth within its workforce. The company is described as one of India’s leading integrated metal producers.

The assessment evaluated leadership credibility, fairness, respect, pride in work and team camaraderie and the certification reflects strong employee confidence in leadership, inclusive policies and safety standards.
