Sinoboom has recently launched the 0407ET, an all-electric and oil-free crawler mini scissor lift designed for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications. The new model addresses growing demand for clean, low-maintenance access equipment suitable for emission-sensitive environments.

The 0407ET replaces traditional hydraulic systems with an electric lift actuator and a low-maintenance AC drive motor, making the machine completely free of hydraulic oil. This design eliminates the risk of oil leaks, making it particularly suitable for sensitive indoor sites such as factories, commercial buildings and finished interiors.

Maintenance has been simplified through an easy-access layout, featuring a pull-out battery tray with an AGM maintenance-free battery and an open chassis design that allows quick access to key components. These features help reduce downtime and improve overall lifecycle efficiency.

Designed for enhanced productivity, the lift is equipped with non-marking rubber tracks that protect delicate surfaces while enabling travel across uneven terrain. It offers 30 per cent gradeability, a zero turning radius for confined spaces and a 230 kg platform capacity, allowing operators to carry tools and materials with ease.

Transport and handling are facilitated through a single lifting point and integrated side forklift pockets. The 0407ET is CE-certified, ensuring compliance with high safety and quality standards and delivering long-term operational reliability.

According to Peter Peng, Global Product Manager for Scissor Lifts at Sinoboom, the new crawler scissor lift was developed to meet customer requirements for highly adaptable access solutions that perform equally well in sensitive indoor environments and more demanding outdoor conditions.
