Siyaram Recycling Secures Order From Micronova Industries

Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd said it secured an order from Micronova Industries for brass scrap honey and notified the BSE under regulation thirty.

The filing, bearing scrip code 544047, was dated six July two thousand twenty six and was signed by the managing director, Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari. The company described the order as a fixed cost contract and stated that execution was to be completed within seven days.

The value of the order was reported as Rs 9,841,200, equivalent to Rs 9.84 million (mn). The term million (mn) is defined on first mention and the company used domestic sourcing for the contract. The notice indicated that the contract concerned supply of brass scrap honey and detailed the significant terms in an annexure to the filing.

The document also recorded that promoters or group companies held no interest in the party awarding the contract and that the transaction did not constitute a related party transaction. Management requested the stock exchange to take the intimation on record and to make the annexure available to stakeholders. The filing reflected standard disclosure practice for material orders under the listing rules.
