South West Pinnacle Secures CBM Contract Extension
The aggregate work order value is approximately Rs 1,668.2 million (mn) including GST. The contract extension will not require deployment of additional assets since required machines, equipment and trained manpower are already in place at the location. The company indicated that revenue from the extended scope is expected to commence from the second quarter of FY 2026-27.
The tentative estimated duration of the contract is 15 months with an option to extend by another six months. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is described as not falling within related party transactions. The company stated that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the ordering entity.
Details were filed in Annexure I in accordance with the relevant SEBI circular and the company has advised that all significant terms and conditions remain the same as under the original award. The disclosure reiterated that the work pertains to imparting CBM production services and confirmed that the award is by a domestic entity.
The extension is positioned to bolster near term revenue visibility for SWPE while leveraging existing operational readiness and resources. The company expects the arrangement to contribute to its operational programme without incremental capital expenditure. The contract extension utilises in situ teams and established procedures to minimise mobilisation time. The company anticipates maintaining service levels while integrating the extended scope into current operations.
