SRM Contractors Wins Rs 5,009.92 mn In New Contracts

SRM Contractors Limited, a construction company listed on Indian exchanges, has announced receipt of contracts totalling Rs 5,009.92 million (mn). The awards were disclosed in a regulatory filing dated 30 June 2026 and cover three significant projects with government entities. The Company reported that the aggregate amount corresponds to approximately Rs 500.99 crore. The filing specified the contracting authorities and project scopes in an annexure.

The largest single order was from Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited for development work on Darshan Path and related routes in Trimbakeshwar, with a contract valued at Rs 2,109.87 mn. That project includes proposed construction and integrated development, including electrical works, and is scheduled for completion within 12 months from the appointed date. The Company indicated there is no related party interest in the awarding entity.

A second order from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways covers treatment of five landslide locations on National Highway 107A in Uttarakhand, with a value of Rs 604.34 mn and an execution period of 18 months. The third contract originates from the Northeast Frontier Railway and relates to tunnel approach protection, cut and cover works and earthworks in the Dimapur–Kohima section, with a value of Rs 2,295.72 mn and a 24 month timeline. Both contracts were described as domestic awards.

The Company said the contracts will contribute to its project pipeline and are not related party transactions, and that each will be executed on an arm's length basis. The regulatory disclosure listed the equity ISIN and scrip codes and noted the Company secretary lodged the intimation for records. The filing did not state additional financing arrangements or subcontracting details. SRM Contractors expects to commence work after appointed dates are formalised.
