SUGS Lloyd Secures Three-Year Maintenance Order From TPCODL

SUGS Lloyd (the Company) said it has received a Letter of Intent dated 2 September 2026 from TP Central Odisha Distribution (TPCODL) for the maintenance contract of the high tension and low tension network at TPCODL. The Company notified the stock exchange under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and said the LOI was received by email at 14:52 IST on 2 September 2026. The contract is for a three-year period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029.

The aggregate order value including GST is Rs 246.32 mn, equivalent to Rs 24,63,21,978 in local notation, and will be billed over the three-year term. The company stated that each year carries an identical value of Rs 82.11 mn, representing year one, year two and year three respectively. The amounts have been converted to million (mn) units for clarity. The company indicated that the financials have been disclosed in local currency and that the conversion is for reporting ease.

The work comprises maintenance of the HT and LT network and will be executed for a domestic entity. The Company confirmed there is no interest of its promoters, promoter group or group companies in the entity awarding the contract and that the contract does not constitute a related party transaction. The LOI bears reference number TPCODL/2026-27/1000009868/LOI/09.

The Company stated that the contract will be carried out as per agreed terms and conditions and requested that the intimation be taken on record by the stock exchange. The disclosure was signed by the company secretary and compliance officer and lodged from the corporate office in Noida. SUGS Lloyd will proceed with mobilisation and execution as per the contract schedule. The company also confirmed compliance with applicable regulatory disclosure requirements.
