TARC Unveils Ishvara In Gurugram

TARC Limited has launched TARC Ishvara in Sector 634, Gurugram, marking the final phase of a masterplan after RERA approval and a strategic land acquisition that expanded the site to over nine acres. The introduction completes a cohesive residential ecosystem defined by openness, proportion and architectural discipline. The company said the phase represents an elevated expression of the overall development.

The development now comprises six towers with 518 residences and extends to nearly one point seven million (1.7 mn) square feet. The Gross Development Value (GDV) is estimated at Rs 36 billion (36 bn), reinforcing long term value creation. Dual entry access from 84-metre and 24-metre-wide roads will enhance connectivity and access.

Ishvara articulates TARC Ishva's philosophy of Four-side Open Residences, with each home designed to be open on all four sides to allow abundant natural light, continuous cross ventilation and panoramic views while preserving privacy. The design language is informed by the Golden Ratio and Indian spatial planning principles, and incorporates central greens inspired by the Brahmasthan, carefully calibrated tower placement and private elevator cores for each residence. Arrival and movement sequences have been calibrated to create a sense of balance, orientation and spatial clarity.

Strategically located along Golf Course Extension Road, the project offers seamless access to commercial hubs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and lifestyle destinations while maintaining a low density, open living environment. The company indicated that customer response to the launch reflects a shift in luxury housing preferences towards air movement, natural light, spatial orientation and architectural proportion. The launch also inaugurates a broader pipeline of larger scale developments that the company expects will set new benchmarks in ultra luxury residential living and strengthen its leadership position.
