TCC Concept, through its wholly owned subsidiary NES Data Private, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire land at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune, for developing a data centre campus with planned IT load capacity of up to 60 MW.

The proposed acquisition is subject to due diligence, execution of definitive agreements and statutory and regulatory approvals.

NES Data currently owns and operates a 4 MW enterprise data centre in Pune. The proposed 60 MW campus will significantly expand TCC Concept's digital infrastructure portfolio and support its medium-term target of developing an aggregate data centre capacity of 100 MW.

The company expects the facility to cater to growing demand from artificial intelligence companies, cloud service providers, hyperscale operators, enterprises, financial institutions and government organisations.

Located within Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi, the proposed campus is expected to benefit from access to power infrastructure, fibre connectivity and proximity to technology companies. The project is planned to be developed in phases, with a focus on reliability, sustainability, energy management and operational efficiency.

Umesh Sahay, Chairman and Managing Director, TCC Concept, said the proposed development represents the next phase of the company's digital infrastructure expansion. He added that the 60 MW campus would support its goal of reaching 100 MW of aggregate capacity while strengthening its position in the AI, cloud and digital infrastructure segments.

The company expects the expansion to strengthen its presence in India's growing data centre market and support its long-term digital infrastructure strategy.
