Tech Mahindra Launches Communications Experience Centre in Pune

Tech Mahindra has opened a Communications Experience Centre in Pune as a dedicated facility to help Communications Service Providers (CSPs) accelerate AI-led transformation and co-create next generation business models. The company positioned the centre as a hub for rethinking growth strategies, operational models and customer engagement amid rising industry complexity and margin pressure. The launch builds on Pune's role as a longstanding innovation base for the company and links to satellite innovation hubs planned across global markets.

The centre aligns with Tech Mahindra's telecom strategy called Grow, Empower, and Transform and concentrates on API-led ecosystems, B2B2X business models and agentic operations to move initiatives from experimentation into production. It is configured to promote adoption of AI-native, cloud-first technologies and autonomous network capabilities while supporting secure, scalable deployments. The company said the facility will enable faster solution discovery for chief executives through immersive demonstrations and communications specific use cases.

Key focus areas encompass agentic customer and employee journeys, autonomous network operations and digital service models for consumer and enterprise segments, all powered by AI-driven solutions on cloud based platforms. The layout includes partner led co-creation zones designed to encourage ecosystem collaboration and joint innovation to help operators scale beyond pilot projects. The facility is structured to integrate strategy, technology and execution in a single environment that supports faster decision making and informed investment.
