Tembo Global Industries advanced 1.08 per cent to Rs 810.90 after announcing that it has secured an order worth Rs 1.0705 billion from Adani Enterprises and its group companies.

The contract includes project planning, management, design, oversight and consultancy services for multiple infrastructure projects. The order, valued at Rs 1,070,520,000, is expected to be completed within 18 months.

Tembo Global Industries specialises in the production and assembly of metal components for pipe support systems, fasteners, anchors, HVAC and anti-vibration systems. It supplies equipment for industrial, commercial, utility and OEM applications and also trades metal products that complement its manufacturing operations.

The company’s consolidated net profit rose 37.7 per cent to Rs 200.8 million on a 93.2 per cent surge in net sales to Rs 2.4541 billion in Q2 FY26 compared with Q2 FY25.

Adani Enterprises, the flagship firm of the Adani Group, operates across airports, technology parks, roads, data centres and water infrastructure. Its consolidated net profit jumped 83.65 per cent to Rs 31.9875 billion, even as revenue from operations declined 6.01 per cent to Rs 212.4851 billion in Q2 FY26. The stock rose 0.80 per cent to Rs 2,450.70 on the BSE.
