Temple Construction at Ram Janmabhoomi Site Completed: Trust

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has announced the completion of all temple-related construction work at the Ram Janmabhoomi site in Ayodhya. According to the Trust, the sanctum sanctorum, mandaps, and other key structures of the temple have been fully constructed, marking a major milestone in the multi-phase project.

The temple, built using pink sandstone from Bansi Paharpur in Rajasthan, now stands as a grand architectural and spiritual landmark. Decorative carvings and intricate sculptures have been completed, while landscaping and finishing touches around the complex are being finalised.

The Trust stated that preparations are underway for the next phase, which includes enhancing facilities for pilgrims and visitors. The development aligns with Ayodhya’s broader transformation into a global religious tourism hub, supported by new infrastructure such as airports, hotels, and improved connectivity.

The Ram Temple, whose foundation was laid in August 2020, has been a symbol of faith and unity, drawing devotees from across India and abroad.
