TT Electronics, a global leader in engineered electronics for performance-critical applications, has unveiled its latest innovation—the TEAD360 series of 360W AC power adapters. Leveraging cutting-edge Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, the new ultra-compact adapter delivers market-leading efficiency, cooler operation, and fast charging in the smallest and lightest form factor of its class.

Weighing just 950g and measuring 170mm x 84mm x 31.5mm, the TEAD360 offers 360W of continuous power with efficiency levels reaching up to 95%. It supports a wide input voltage range (90–264VAC) and delivers output voltages from 12 to 56VDC, making it ideal for demanding applications such as industrial systems, security equipment, digital signage, and audio-visual devices.

Offered in both Class I and Class II configurations, the TEAD360 meets stringent global safety standards and is available with IEC 320 C14, C6, C18, or C8 inlets for diverse AC connections. The standard 6-pin Molex mini-fit connector is included for DC output, with custom connector options also available.

The adapter features active power factor correction (PFC) and includes comprehensive protection mechanisms for short-circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature conditions. It is fully compliant with DOE Level VI efficiency requirements, achieving no-load power consumption below 0.5W.

Designed to support international compliance, the TEAD360 meets FCC Part 15 for multimedia equipment (MME), EN55032/CISPR32 Class B emissions standards, and EN55035/CISPR25 immunity requirements. Safety certification aligns with UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 standards.

The TEAD360 series is now available, with custom and modified variants offered upon request.
