Uranium Corporation Awards Contract To ITCONS E-Solutions

Uranium Corporation has awarded a major contract to ITCONS E-Solutions Limited (ITCONS) to provide manpower outsourcing services across its operations.

The contract will support the corporation's operational requirements by supplying technical, administrative and support staff to sites and offices.

The outsourcing arrangement is intended to supplement the corporation's existing human resources and to address variable labour demands arising from operational cycles.

The contractor will be responsible for recruitment, deployment and day to day management of personnel, subject to the corporation's oversight and compliance standards.

The arrangement is expected to streamline staffing processes and to reduce administrative burdens for in-house teams. The award followed a tendering process that the corporation conducted in line with its procurement rules and statutory requirements.

The selection emphasised vendor capability in large scale manpower supply and experience in safety and regulatory compliance at industrial sites. The corporation indicated that contractor performance will be monitored through defined service level metrics and regular reviews.

The contract is to commence shortly and will operate under terms that aim to balance operational efficiency with adherence to labour regulations and safety norms. The corporation and ITCONS will coordinate on induction, training and site specific compliance before deployment of personnel.

Contract administration will include mechanisms for grievance redressal, payroll verification and adherence to statutory welfare provisions to protect personnel employed by the contractor. The corporation will require periodic compliance reports and site audits to verify adherence. Stakeholders expect improved clarity in roles and responsibilities between the corporation and the contractor and timely resolution of issues on site.
