Varroc And TOLYY Partner To Localise Digital Cockpit Supply
The collaboration pairs TOLYY's display engineering with Varroc's global original equipment manufacturer access and manufacturing capabilities, creating a platform for joint participation across India, Europe and North America. The cooperation model allows complete module supply from TOLYY for selected programmes, localised final assembly and integration by Varroc in India, and exclusive industrialisation of modules in India for chosen customer programmes. The partners expect this to accelerate time to market and strengthen supply chain resilience.
Varroc's Whole Time Director and chief executive officer Dhruv Jain said that the company will seek to integrate global innovation with local execution and that the partnership will enhance its ability to offer advanced digital cockpit capabilities while supporting original equipment manufacturers to provide safe, smart and sustainable mobility solutions. TOLYY's president and chief executive Strong Shi said the alliance recognises the firm's display engineering and module integration strengths and will enable co-creation of next-generation cockpit experiences for key markets. The partners indicated the collaboration will target performance, quality and supply chain efficiency improvements.
Varroc is a global tier-1 automotive component group incorporated in 1988 that supplies e-mobility, body systems, lighting, human machine interface, powertrain and advanced electronics solutions to leading original equipment manufacturers. The group income was Rs 89,080 million (mn) from continued operations in FY26; the group employs more than 6,100 employees including 750 R&D engineers, operates 37 manufacturing facilities supported by seven R&D centres and has filed more than 130 patents. TOLYY Optronics was established in 2012 with headquarters in Suzhou and focuses on nano materials for optoelectronics, high-performance display panels and integrated touch display modules and offers related process equipment and lamination solutions.
