Wadhwa Group Partners With ArisUnitern To Monetise Wadhwa Wise City
The engagement is structured as an eight-month assignment combining Wadhwa Group's real estate experience with Arisinfra's Developer-as-a-Service platform. The partners plan to release additional inventory valued at Rs four to four point five billion (bn) and to apply a performance-driven operating model to improve sales velocity and cashflow.
Arisinfra will act as an embedded operating partner, deploying the DaaS platform as a comprehensive execution layer across the project lifecycle. Activities will include site readiness, construction progress monitoring, customer relationship management performance, channel partner oversight and detailed cashflow tracking to ensure tighter control and higher efficiency.
The operating model is supported by an artificial intelligence and machine learning engine that analyses real-time project data across functions. The platform is designed to identify early warning signals such as shifts in enquiry-to-visit conversions, inventory absorption trends, channel partner activity and buyer sentiment, enabling proactive interventions before risks materialise.
The alliance is structured on outcome alignment so incentives correspond with measurable project performance and delivery metrics. Arisinfra is described as India's first listed company offering an organised construction material supply and services network, while ArisUnitern extends that capability into integrated development services under the DaaS model.
The Wadhwa Group brings a five-decade legacy across residential, commercial, retail and integrated township developments in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, and the partnership is positioned to accelerate monetisation and execution at Wadhwa Wise City. The engagement is intended to deliver improved operational efficiency and measurable impact on project outcomes.
