The five centres comprise three locations in Bengaluru — WeWork Embassy TechVillage 8C on Outer Ring Road of 95,351 sq. ft. with about 1,800 desks, WeWork Vista Earth Centre in Whitefield of 151,201 sq. ft. with about 2,300 desks, and WeWork Infinix Palladium in Whitefield occupying 169,485 sq. ft. and roughly 3,100 desks across seven floors. In Hyderabad, WeWork Phoenix H10 at HITEC City will add 145,114 sq. ft. and approximately 2,100 desks across two floors. The Chennai addition, WeWork Embassy Splendid on Radial Road, will bring 141,392 sq. ft. and about 2,600 desks and will cater to global delivery centres and the BFSI sector.
The expansion is being delivered in partnership with Embassy Office Parks, Madhu Ventures and Vista Spaces, Inspira Builders and Phoenix Group Hyderabad, reflecting a shift towards partnership-led growth in key micro markets. By working with multiple landlords the operator aims to future-proof buildings and provide a consistent, design-led product for enterprise occupiers. Brokers including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and JLL facilitated several of the transactions.
The company currently operates 37 centres across the southern region and has 73 operational centres nationally, underlining its scale in India’s flexible workspace market. Senior leadership characterised the move as a long-term commitment to South India and a response to structural demand from enterprises adopting flex-first workplace strategies. The operator highlighted that nearly 74 per cent of its member base comprises enterprise clients, positioning it to serve organisations across growth stages.
