WeWork India Management Limited has unveiled its next-generation mobile app designed to transform how professionals engage with workspaces. The new WeWork India app unifies workspace discovery, booking, access and community engagement in one platform for both members and non-members.

Equipped with AI-powered support, digital keycards, smart reminders and quick booking tools, the app serves as an intelligent workspace companion. Private Office members can manage access and reservations, while All Access and On-Demand users can book desks, day passes or meeting rooms seamlessly.

The app features one-step login, digital keycards, real-time AI chatbot support, multi-account switching, and integrated payments. Users can also order F&B, invite guests, RSVP to events and print securely from a single platform.

Developed in India, the app introduces SpaceDesign—an open-source, reusable UI layer built on Flutter for scalability and performance. By sharing this framework, WeWork India aims to foster developer collaboration and accelerate open-source innovation globally.
