Wipro Appoints Laura Miller To Board

Wipro Limited has appointed Laura Marie Miller to its board of directors, with the appointment to take effect on April one, 2026 subject to shareholder approval and she will serve for five years. Miller brings more than two decades of executive leadership guiding large global organisations through transformation, modernisation and sustained performance improvement. She has held senior roles across retail, hospitality, payments and technology operations, including leadership on digital, data and AI strategy at Macy's and positions at InterContinental Hotels Group and First Data. Rishad Premji, Executive Chairman of Wipro, welcomed the appointment and said Miller is a proven technology leader with experience in guiding organisations through complex change and in public company oversight. Miller indicated that she was honoured to join the board at a time of profound change driven by AI and looks forward to supporting the company's mission to translate innovation into lasting business outcomes.
