YEIDA Allots Land for Five Projects Worth Rs 4.69 bn

A significant step towards converting industrial investment proposals into on-ground projects was taken at the inauguration of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah presented Letters of Allotment to representatives of five companies investing in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region.
The five projects have been allotted a total of 71,190 sq m of land and involve a proposed investment of Rs 4.69 bn, with the potential to generate 4,625 employment opportunities.
C&R Textiles Private Limited has been allotted 16,000 sq m for a proposed investment of Rs 1.04 bn. The project is expected to generate 2,000 employment opportunities. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the Letter of Allotment on behalf of the company.
Perfectpack Limited has been allotted 16,200 sq m and proposes to invest Rs 1.25 bn, with the potential to create 700 employment opportunities. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia represented the company.
SABS Exports International Private Limited has received 16,180 sq m for a proposed investment of Rs 870 mn. The project is expected to create 475 employment opportunities. Director Chetan Sabharwal received the Letter of Allotment.
Simplast India Private Limited has been allotted 12,000 sq m and proposes to invest Rs 780 mn. The project is expected to generate 300 employment opportunities. Director Gaurav Chugh received the Letter of Allotment.
Sahu Exports Private Limited has been allotted 10,810 sq m for a proposed investment of Rs 750 mn, with the potential to create 1,150 employment opportunities. Director Sanjeev Sahu received the land allotment letter.
Along with presenting the allotment letters, Shah interacted with investors and discussed opportunities for industrial expansion, investment and accelerating business activity in Uttar Pradesh.
The land allotments are aimed at moving investment proposals towards on-ground implementation while supporting industrial development and employment generation in the state.
