Yugen Infra Gets MahaRERA Nod for Garden of Eden Phase 2

Yugen Infra has recently received the Project Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for Garden of Eden, the Phase 2 development of Yugen Golf City. The residential plotted project is located at Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, and marks a key milestone in the company’s township-led development strategy.
Registered under MahaRERA, Garden of Eden is a residential plot development spread across a gross land area of around 180,000 sq m, offering 278 residential plots. The project is designed to support independent villas and holiday homes of varying sizes, as per the approved layout plan. It forms part of the larger Yugen Golf City township and is strategically located near the MOPA influence corridor, positioning it for second-home buyers, senior living and long-term land banking.
The project features a comprehensive internal infrastructure plan, including internal roads, boundary walls, water supply, electricity provisioning, stormwater management, underground drainage, green buffers and open spaces, developed in line with approved layout norms to support organised township living.
All mandatory disclosures, approvals and project details have been duly registered on the MahaRERA portal, ensuring transparency and compliance with RERA regulations and defined development timelines. The company stated that the registration reinforces buyer confidence in the legal validity and planned execution of the plotted development within its integrated township framework.
Located along the North Goa–Sindhudurg growth corridor, Garden of Eden is positioned as a low-density, golf-integrated plotted development, aligned with infrastructure-led growth and long-term regional development prospects.
