Zaggle Signs Agreement With Daimler India Commercial Vehicles

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Private Limited (DICV) on July 27, 2026 and notified the stock exchanges under the Securities and Exchange Board of India listing obligations. The filing was made pursuant to Regulation 30 and included an annexure setting out required particulars. The agreement was addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE.

Under the terms Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Zatix and Corporate Credit Card programme to DICV for use by the company's fleet partners and drivers. The services will support payments and onboarding at authorised DICV touchpoints and are intended to streamline expense flows for operator networks. The arrangement has been described as an agreement rather than a transfer of assets.

The agreement will run for three years and will be executed domestically. Commercial consideration will be proportional to the number of fleet partners and drivers onboarded and to spends at authorised DICV touchpoints during the tenure. Given this variable basis the parties have indicated that it is not possible to ascertain a definitive contract value at this stage. The company stated that the promoter group has no interest in DICV and that the transaction is not a related party transaction.

Zaggle indicated that the required particulars were provided in an annexure to the filing and requested that the exchanges take the information on record. The intimation was signed by Haripriya in her capacity as company secretary and compliance officer. The company emphasised that the contract is domestic in nature and will be governed by the terms agreed by the parties during the three year term.
