Garuda Aerospace Deploys 100 Drones for Cyclone Relief in Andhra

Chennai-based drone manufacturer Garuda Aerospace has deployed over 100 drones to support the Andhra Pradesh Drones Corporation in Cyclone Montha relief operations across the state. The logistics and delivery drones are aiding aerial inspection, surveillance, and delivery of medicines and essential supplies to areas severely affected by the cyclone. The drones are also conducting real-time aerial mapping and monitoring flood-hit regions to identify choke points and enable faster emergency response. Equipped with payload systems, they are transporting medical kits and relief materials to remote and inaccessible areas, with a payload capacity of up to 25 kg. The fleet is currently operating in Amalapuram.
