REC, a Maharatna NBFC under the Ministry of Power, has been honoured with the ‘Best Design Thinking Award’ at the 5th Distinguished NBFC Awards (DNA) organised by Banking Frontiers. 

The award acknowledges REC’s innovative digital initiatives in retail bonds, showcasing its focus on leveraging technology and design thinking to enhance customer experience and service delivery. 

Shri Jitendra Srivastava, CMD, REC, congratulated the finance team for their dedication and contribution to driving digital innovation. Shri Harsh Baweja, Director (Finance), along with senior officers of the organisation, joined the celebrations. 

The award was received by Alok Singh, GM and CPM (Mumbai), accompanied by members of the finance team. Management reiterated the importance of nurturing a culture of innovation, excellence, and forward-thinking across the organisation to continue setting benchmarks in the financial sector.
