India Sets Guinness Record with Longest Steel Slag Road

India has secured a Guinness World Record for the world’s longest steel slag road, constructed in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The 1.85-kilometre road represents a significant expansion of indigenous technology that uses processed steel slag, a by-product of steel production, as aggregates for road construction.
