Interarch Building Solutions Secures Rs 830 mn Energy Project Order

Interarch Building Solutions Limited has secured a domestic order for the supply of pre-engineered steel building systems for a major energy transmission project. The contract covers complete design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of the pre-engineered steel building system, with the company responsible for end-to-end delivery. The order is classified as domestic and is intended to support infrastructure works associated with energy transmission. The filing specifies an execution period of approximately 16 months for completion of the contract.

The broad commercial consideration for the contract is approximately Rs 830 million (mn) including taxes, converted from the originally stated figure in crores for clarity. An advance payment of 10 per cent is payable as part of the contract terms disclosed in the filing. The company did not provide further financial breakdowns in the public disclosure because of commercial sensitivity.

The disclosure confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the customer entity and that the contract does not constitute a related party transaction, with related party applicability marked as not applicable in the filing.
