Air India is on the verge of facing a significant setback as its aircraft technicians gear up to go on strike. The move comes as a result of ongoing disputes over wages and other related issues. The Aircraft Maintenance Engineers' Association (AMEA), which represents a substantial number of technicians at Air India, has served notice to the management regarding the impending strike. Additionally, they seek a revision in their wages, citing increased workloads and responsibilities.

This development adds to the already existing challenges faced by Air India, including financial troubles and operational inefficiencies.
