Belrise Acquires UK Precision Aerospace Supplier
Chester Hall offers expertise in aerospace alloys and exotic materials including titanium and high-grade aluminium and provides concurrent design and development for mission-critical components. The acquisition was completed at an EV/EBITDA multiple of six times and is expected to be accretive to earnings per share and return on capital employed from day one, with deferred consideration linked to Chester Hall’s calendar year 2026 performance. The company reported revenues of approximately £18.5 mn and an enterprise value of £13.2 mn.
BIL said the deal provides instant access to certified aerospace precision manufacturing and creates a platform to serve global original equipment manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers at scale while integrating BIL’s large-scale manufacturing capabilities in India and France with Chester Hall’s precision engineering. The transaction is expected to strengthen India’s role in the international aerospace supply chain and advance the group’s diversification into aerospace, defence and renewable energy.
