A major boon for airlines operating at Delhi Airport, the newly inaugurated Eastern Cross Taxiways are poised to bring remarkable financial benefits. According to the CEO of Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), the improved taxiways are anticipated to result in savings ranging from INR 150 to 180 Crore for airlines. This strategic infrastructure upgrade facilitates more efficient taxiing, reducing operational costs and enhancing overall airport efficiency.
