Pune airport to get new terminal building by May

According to Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Pune airport will get a new terminal building by May of next year. He was speaking at the inauguration of the airport's multi-level parking garage. A nonstop flight from Pune to Bangkok has already begun. He added that flights between Pune and Singapore will begin on December 1.

The Pune airport will have a new terminal by May 2023. Seventy-five per cent of the new building is finished, Scindia elaborated. According to him, there are plans to build an integrated domestic and international cargo system in Pune, and flight operations at the airport will expand.
