SEPC JV Bags Rs 860 Million Bihta Airport EPC Contract

SEPC Limited has announced that the SEPC–Furlong Joint Venture has secured a Letter of Award worth Rs 860 million for the development of a new civil enclave at Bihta Airport in Patna. The win strengthens the company’s EPC order book and marks a significant addition to its growing aviation and transport infrastructure portfolio.

The project involves comprehensive EPC delivery, including construction of a new integrated terminal building, a utility building with associated structures, an elevated road, electro-mechanical works and installation of airport, IT and security systems. It also includes long-term maintenance and operational support, reflecting an end-to-end development mandate.

SEPC’s Managing Director, Venkataramani Jaiganesh, said the award further reinforces the company’s presence in India’s aviation infrastructure sector and aligns with its strategy of expanding into high-scale, high-complexity EPC domains. He emphasised SEPC’s commitment to delivering technically robust, compliant and operationally sustainable infrastructure with quality and timely execution.
