JSW Infra announced expansion plans at NMPT

JSW Infrastructure, a JSW Group subsidiary that has applied for an initial public offering (IPO), will contribute $1,520,000,000 to the second phase of the increase of the container capacity at the New Mangalore Container Terminal.

By September 2023, development on the second phase of the concession deal is anticipated to start. The ports division of Sajjan Jindal's JSW Group, JSW Infrastructure, filed for an IPO last week. It hopes to generate up to $2,800,000,000 through the offering, which will be used to pay off debt and support capacity development projects.
