B.R.Goyal Infra Secures Rs 1,086.8 Mn NHAI Toll Contract

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure saw its shares rise after the company secured a toll collection contract from the National Highways Authority of India. The stock added two point one five per cent to Rs 190 as the firm disclosed a work order valued at Rs 1,086.8 million (mn). The announcement identified the engagement as a one year assignment for user-fee collection at a major plaza on National Highway 65.

The engagement covers the Chillakallu Toll Plaza on the Hyderabad?Vijayawada section and spans stretches in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The company described its role as acting as the user-fee collection agency, responsible for day to day toll operations and fee management at the site. The work order was issued during market hours on 04 September 2026 and was communicated to investors through an exchange filing.

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure is involved in construction of roads, highways, bridges and buildings and also offers toll management services across its projects. For the financial year ended 2026 the group's consolidated net profit rose 78 per cent year on year to Rs 448.2 mn, while consolidated net sales grew 13.4 per cent to Rs 8,203.2 mn compared with the prior year. The firm has presented a portfolio that combines project execution with operational contracts in tolling.

The one year contract adds recurring revenue from user fees to the company's services and contributes to its existing portfolio of infrastructure contracts. Market participants registered the development and trading reflected the announcement during the session.

The work order from the authority is a routine procurement for agency services and aligns with the company's stated business focus on highways and related infrastructure projects. The company will execute the assignment under the terms set out by the authority and integrate the operations into its business processes.
