Innovision Limited has informed stock exchanges that it has been awarded a user fee collection and facility maintenance contract by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The letter of award was issued on 10 August 2026 for operations at Aashpur Fee Plaza at design kilometre 231.100 on National Highway number 91 between Aligarh and Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. The engagement covers collection of user fees for four and more lane sections and the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including replenishment of consumable items.

The contract was secured through a competitive e-tender process under tender ID NHAI/13013/547/CO/26-27/CB/Aashpur FP/E-79890/R-1901 and the order was placed on the same date. The company stated that the scope includes operations at the fee plaza and associated facility management for a period of one year. Innovision confirmed that the award was provided by a domestic authority and does not involve any interest from promoters or related parties.

The broad commercial consideration for the contract is Rs 83,29,29,635, equivalent to about 832.93 mn and the company described this as the total contract value. The assignment has been classified as a toll collection and facility maintenance contract and will be executed under the terms set out by the authority. Innovision indicated that the contract is not a related party transaction and that standard arm's length norms apply.

The company said it has submitted the requisite disclosure under regulation 30 of the SEBI listing obligations and provided an annexure detailing the key terms. The notice to the exchanges contained confirmation that the engagement was awarded through competitive bidding and that the company will handle consumable recoupment for the toilet facilities. Innovision asked exchanges to take the information on record and disseminate it to stakeholders.
