MLA Reddy directs to complete Gangamma temple master plan by April 30
He stated that thousands of devotees will attend the Maha Samprokshanam from May 1 to May 5 and Jatara from May 9 to May 17. It should be mentioned that the Corporation built 14 master plan highways in the city, including the one that leads to the Gangamma Temple, to reduce traffic and pave the way for the construction of colonies in the city's eastern region. According to the plan, the Gangamma temple master plan road will be widened to a 40-foot road from PK Layout to the nearly finished Gangamma temple and a 60-foot road from the Gandhi statue to PK Layout.
In order to provide a different route to the congested Tilak road and Tirumala bypass road, which connect the well-developed and densely populated northern part of the city with the commercial areas and RTC bus station and Railway station at the centre of the city, the Gangamma temple master plan road aims to widen the narrow thoroughfare, which has been pending for long.
