Ultramarine & Pigments has announced that the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has acquired a 10,696 sq. metre portion of its factory land in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu.

The land was acquired for a national highway development project, and the company received compensation of Rs 60.12 million from NHAI on 26 November 2025 for the acquired parcel.
