The Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL) is set to float fresh civil-work tenders for Phase 3 within 45 days after the state government gave in-principle approval for a revised plan. The proposal retains around 11 km of double-decker structures, instead of covering the entire 44.65-km alignment.
